For two decades, Norm has grown from a fledgling comedian living in a pantry in Boston to a successful entrepreneur in the comedy and entertainment world.
As a founder of Improv Asylum, the legendary improv and sketch comedy theater in the North End of Boston, to creating iconic companies such as the Laugh comedy clubs, Asylum Team Building and Training Centers, Comedy Trolley Tours, Triangle Technologies and even a minor league baseball team, Norm has helped grow these companies into multi-million dollar businesses while bringing laughter to hundreds of thousands of people around the globe.
A highly sought after keynote speaker, Norm loves to spread the message of how embracing the tenets of improv; listening to others and saying “yes and…” to new ideas can help companies and individuals create things they would have never dreamed of.
